Y. Family {Durham, NC Family Photographer}

On an extremely chilly morning I met with the Y. family for another photo shoot.  I am always so excited to take pictures of their beautiful family.  As usual, they were fantastic to work with, despite the fact that all of our fingers were frozen.  I had trouble picking out which photos to post, since I ended up loving so many of them.  Thanks so much for another great photo shoot!  I hope you love the outcome as much as I do!

M. {Durham, NC Child Photographer}

My little boy turned three, so of course I had to take some photos of this handsome little boy!  I don't post my pics of him very often, but since this is a special occasion I decided to add them to this blog.  Happy birthday to my best boy!

G. Family {Durham, NC Family & Child Photographer}

I had the BEST time photographing the G. Family this past weekend.  I loved everything about the photoshoot...the weather and lighting were great, their clothing choices were fantastic and their kids were angels!  Really, I was instantly in love with V. when he hopped out of their SUV and gave me the biggest hug.  I could tell it was going to be a great morning.  Anyway, this family radiated happiness and love and I think it showed in the photos.  Thank you G. Y. Family {Durham, NC Family Photographer}

This post is kind of picture overload, but this location has so many different looks that I had a hard time narrowing down which pics to preview on the blog!  Anyway, Y. family requested another family photo shoot and I was so excited!   They are just the absolute nicest family with lots of love for their little girl and it always shows in their pictures...it makes it easy for me to capture great pictures of them!  

Since it is summer, I suggested changing cute S. into her swimsuit for some "beachy" pics...it was perfect since S. was ready for a break from photos, so the sand was a welcome distraction.   All of the pictures turned out adorable.

R. {Durham, NC Child Photographer}

This little boy was so fun to shoot!  I thought all of the props that his Mommy brought along were so perfect...they kept him happily entertained throughout the entire shoot and the resulting pics are just too cute for words.   He was also pretty enthralled with the cows that decided to come over to take a dip in the pond, so I couldn't resist including a picture of those too.  And, oh my goodness, I could not get over his blue eyes while I was editing these photos.  Thanks R's Mommy for letting me capture photos of your adorable boy at such a fun age!  

C. {Durham, NC Maternity Photographer}

My good friend is about to have a baby girl in just a few weeks (or any day now, really).  I was so happy when she asked me to take a few photos of her cute belly!  Although it was a cloudy day, we didn't dare push the photo session back any later and I still think the pictures turned out 

great!  Thanks for the fun opportunity to take your maternity pics, C!  I hope you love the results as much as I do! 

T. Family {Durham, NC Family Photographer}

This family was FUN and I love that their photos turned out FUN too!  I met T. family near Duke Chapel for this photo shoot and enjoyed every minute of capturing their family.  Their kids have lots of personality and energy and it showed through in their photos.  My favorite part about the resulting photos is that they just seem so authentic and really show what a silly, loving family they are!  Thanks T.
